Once you’ve been discharged from the hospital and/or clinic, your risks for falls , poor pain management and mismanaged medication can greatly increase. With our professional post-operative care services, you can be confident that there is a plan in place to help you or your loved one recover from surgery safely and successfully. We can customize your care to meet your specialized needs.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule an appointment please allow 3 business days in advance. Send an email to nursetoy@angelsconciergeservice.com or text me at 323-421-0103. If Angels Concierge Service needs to cancel or reschedule we will give at least 2 day notice to the client and /or facility.
