Service Description

DOT urine test will test for drugs in the urine. All testing results will be sent to each client in a timely manner. 6 panel drug tests for DOT is necessary. Testing can be done in the convenience of your home or where ever the phlebotomist can ensure convenience and confidentiality.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule an appointment please allow 3 business days in advance. Send an email to nursetoy@angelsconciergeservice.com or text me at 323-421-0103. If Angels Concierge Service needs to cancel or reschedule we will give at least 2 day notice to the client and /or facility.
