Service Description

Cash/credit payment can be discussed for private pay. Most private insurance is accepted. Ensure the insurance/id card is available at time of service to ensure verification of Lab results are given within 24-72 hours or less. Some lab results can be given at the time the service is provided.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule an appointment please allow 3 business days in advance. Send an email to nursetoy@angelsconciergeservice.com or text me at 323-421-0103. If Angels Concierge Service needs to cancel or reschedule we will give at least 2 day notice to the client and /or facility.
